When to drink an energy drink?

Amino acid taurine improves concentration, affects brain function and promotes metabolism. 

Caffeine reduces the feeling of fatigue or feeling of being sleepy, and increases the ability to concentrate.

Guarana plant extract contains cardiac stimulants and has an effect on the overall stimulation of the body (central nervous system, heart activity). It provides the so-called “speed effect”. 

Ingredients: water, sugar, acid: citric acid; carbon dioxide, taurine (0,4%), acidity regulator: sodium citrates; flavouring, caffeine (0,032%), guarana extract, colours: E150c, E101;  vitamins: niacin, pantothenic  acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12.

Nutritional value per 100 ml: Energy - 197 kJ/ 46 kcal; Fat – 0 g; of which saturates – 0 g; Carbohydrate - 10,8 g; of which sugars - 10,8 g; Protein - 0,35 g; Salt – 0,14 g; Niacin – 7 mg (44 %*); Pantothenic Acid – 2 mg (33 %*); Vitamin B6 - 1,4 mg (100 %*); Vitamin B12 - 0,5 µg (20 %*).

Precautions for use: Drink wisely. It is not recommended to combine with alcoholic drinks - it might lead to a total body collapse. It is not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with cardiovascular problems, and people suffering with high blood pressure. It can lead to sleep disorder, insomnia, irritability and headaches. Excessive consumption of energy drinks can cause addiction, which leads to reduced effects, in extreme cases, overdose can occur.
